Clean, with a lovely room that was well maintained. Staff were friendly and efficient. The entrance's hidden location was a bit inconvenient. It would have been nice to have milk provided in the room.

This is a hotel go-to for Krakow! Modern and spotless venue; the rooms are a nice size. The location is nice and ideal, close to bars and cafes, the tourist area of Kazimier and the downtown, lots of food stores and restaurants around - couldn't be better. Old Town district deserves to be explored. They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with wide selection of foods, a safe and gorgeous sunlight and care about everyone. There is an electric kettle and a refrigerator. It has both extremely helpful and attentive staff😀

The staff was friendly, especially the bar guy who brought drinks to our room with a smile, made our evenings better. They prepared breakfast bags when we had to leave early for a trip which was a thoughtful touch.

It wasn't cheap but still manageable for what we received.

I truly enjoyed its very pleasant and pleasant employees.

I was happy, the twin room I booked came with gorgeous sunlight, a simple clean design, as example. The hotel was in a stunning location, in the tourist area of Kazimier. Terrific services were available.

Location: the hotel was near to Kazimierz-an amazing part of Krakow, restaurants and coffee shops.

The personalized lunch box on early departure was an unexpected delight, and the helpful staff provided us with essential local insights that enriched our experience.

The location was choice, heaps close to everything!

great location but the pillows were a bit soft

The modernist decor impressed me with its clean lines and stylish furnishings! I particularly enjoyed the ample breakfast spread with various options catering to different tastes. Our room offered an unexpected view of the city, awesome for a picturesque start to each day.

This hotel was awesome! Really close to everything, super comfy room and the staff were crazy friendly. Breakfast had tons of choices and was delish. The area is totally cool with lots of cafes and bars around. We loved being in the heart of the jewish quarter!

only things were the parking fee was a bit high and the wifi in the rooms could be better, but it worked great in the lobby.

The rooms are high-class and nicely furnished, equipped with good WiFi. the hotel is located in a nice quiet area close to the old center of Krakow and other restaurants. Excellent customer care is provided, and there is parking available next to the hotel.
